Sun Splashin'

After a morning listening to Smaller Child cry, and Larger Child do everything in his power to create and maintain a level of irritation that only a six year old boy can accomplish, Beautiful Bald Husband and I decided that they should both spend an afternoon in the sun, expending some energy that would (hopefully) result in at least a moment of peace for us. 

The result was a freshly filled baby pool, and two boys eager to play!

Used for seeing the bottom of this incredibly deep water! (Here he is pretending to be a crocodile.)

OR, for protecting one's eyes from the "gallon spill!"

But, the lack of protective eye wear left him susceptible to attacks from the Baby Monster!
